It typically takes us 48 hours, from start to finish, to get you all set up. However, if your requirements are a little more complex, we’ll work with you to understand your requirements and agree on timescales with you.

 

As long as you’re able to ‘call forward’ your phone, you’re good to go.

When we start to support you, we dig deep into your business. This way we’re able to personalise your greeting and add that personal touch to each call. 

You’ll receive emails with detailed call messages, to save you time when you call the customer back.

What’s more you’ll receive a breakdown of the calls we take for you, split by call category (appointment, quote, update etc) every week. You’ll also receive a monthly report.

Because we send you a weekly report, you’ll always be absolutely clear on where you are with your allocated calls. However, we also offer scalable support, so if you’re unusually busy one month,  it’s easy to sort the extra. Simply pay for the extra calls Doris answers for you.
